Internships

At Roads of Change Counseling, we believe in nurturing the next generation of compassionate, skilled mental health professionals. Our internship program offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a paid, supportive, collaborative environment where growth and learning are valued.

As an intern, you’ll work alongside an experienced LISW-S, participate in clinical discussions, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference in clients’ lives. We’re committed to helping you develop both personally and professionally, offering supervision, mentorship, and real-world insight into the rewarding field of therapy.
